GENERAL ROLLER SHUTTER SPECIFICATION
- BarreI: For openings up to 5 metres wide; Constructed from 127mm outside diameter x 120mm inside diameter steel tube with helicoil counter balance spring(s), mounted on 25mm steel shaft, with mild steel bearing blocks at each end. Incorporating high speed bearings.
For 5 metres and over 139mm O/D x 126mm l/D steel tube. Finish - One coat of black paint. - Curtain: Constructed from 75mm wide curved interlocking galvanised steel lath with nylon endlocks and galvanised steel bottom rail.
- Electrical Operation: By means of 1/2 H.P. up to 2 H.P. geared motor complete with rotary limits and emergency hand mechanism. 3 push button control as standard.
- Side Guides: Constructed from 3mm x 63mm channel. Bolted to 75mm x 50mm mild steel angle.
- Electrical Supply 240 volt 1 phase. 415 volt 3 phase.
- Electrical Optional Extras: Safety edge to bottom rail. Key switch. Photo cells. Special voltages.
- Gearing: By means of continuous galvanised hand chain, driving mild steel sprockets connected by high speed roll chain.
- Optional extras: Plastisol coated laths. Powder coated laths. Wicket gate for manual or electrical operated shutters. Hoods. Bottom draught strip. Heavy-duty weather seal.
